What the Fans Say About Lie to Me*

Stefany I fell in love with the show because of the science that is just fascinating. Then I discovered one of the most talented actresses I have ever seen on television... And for Kelli Williams' talent alone, this show is worth saving.

SoniaThis isn't the first time one of my favourite TV shows has been at risk from cancellation by a network, and it also won't be the last. But aren't you tired of sitting around helplessly, thinking and acting like there is nothing we, "just" the fans, can do?

So when I got a good response from fellow fans who love Lie to Me* as much as I did (people that I did not know before this) about creating SaveLieToMe.com; I realised that it is not just about saving the show, but also about standing up for the fans. Using my skills in web design, I realised I could create the space to do that.

Lie To Me* is an international show. In its 3 short years of being on air, it has been shown in 55 countries, and has a huge fan base around the world. It's time we show the networks that it's not just about the TV ratings in the USA...

Ugne"You get deep enough in, you can't get back out."

TessEvery now and then a group of brilliant people get together and come up with a wonderful idea for a TV Show. In one of those exceptional moments Lie to Me* was born. Smart, fresh, interesting, captivating… International TV needs this. We need this. We fight for Lie to Me*.

ElodieLie To Me* is one of the few intelligent shows on TV.

Kelli Williams and Tim Roth have so much chemistry that it would be insane to not let them work together anymore.

Lie To Me* is different from other procedural shows. It introduces us to a real science that was pretty much unknown before the show started.

MaggieLie To Me* is much more than just a tv show. It's based on real science and it will make you see things differently! But that's not all - there's also some seriously good acting going on! Lie To Me* has to offer a lot and its full potential is yet to be tapped. That's why this show just has to be picked up for at least one more season!

CarmelaLie to Me* opens it's audience into a whole new idea of crime-solving on TV.

Tim Roth and Kelli Williams add "spice" on the show!

NinaWhat I have to say about Lie to Me* is that it's a great show. It shows relationships between a father, his daughter and his coworkers. What I love about it, is that it's not like most shows out there that have endless amounts of sex scenes in them. Sure there are moments and comments, but that's about it. It's really a family friendly show. Plus, it's taught me how to read faces better.

LissaBesides the science, Lie to Me* has showed to people the value of loyalty and friendship. We get worried about Cal's sanity, we get happy when things end up well, which is sort of unhealthy, but still feels good to us. Obviously it is worth saving even more, considering all the effort of the fans to Save Lie to Me.

SasyCallian to me is like a soft cushion waiting for you on a comfy sofa, next to a cup of hot chocolate and some cookies. Happiness and bliss.

ValerijaLie To Me* makes me think differently about people around me. I don't care that I'm about the only one I know that watches it. It should be aired because it keep people thinking, not because of ratings. A good show can't just be cancelled because of ratings. Especially for Lie To Me*, it would be such a waste.

AvertetStories based on relevant scientific studies and the way they hold their investigation are captivating. Action, drama and humour are in it as well. The whole team needs to be complimented, even though I particularly like Tim Roth and Kelli Williams. This duet wouldn't allow any separation from now on, and their ambiguous relationship really spices up the TV show. Cal is both a Mulder (he follows his beliefs and his ideas whatever the consequences can be) and a cynical House (manipulator, liar) but still with a touch of love for his daughter and deep friendship with his colleague and friend. His character only allows us to hate him and adore him at the same time. Tim Roth work is unbelievable (even though the beginning of the season 3 puzzled me), because he's a great actor. Gillian is a rock, "the directive mom" but more importantly the friend, and certainly more, if we only had time for further developments.

Sigita M.Lie To Me* is one of my all time favorite shows... I cannot believe that it might not come back after this season! This show has everything: great concept, fantastic writing and wonderful cast led by amazing Tim Roth! What's not to like?

LaraLie to Me* is an awesome show. I just got into it back in November and I hate to see it not come back for a season 4. All the characters are great. Plus, I really want to know what will happen with the Cal/Gillian relationship.

KiraI'm so in love with Lie to Me*, I couldn't imagine it not coming back! It's shown me what I truly love and has even guided me on what I want in life. It's beautifully written, and the cast. Oh my god. They are fantastic. It has a little bit of everything. It makes you think. It makes you feel. It's irreplaceable.

MartinaLie To Me* is addictive to those who understand! People who don't are just scared of the truth... I dearly hope we will see more...

SamWhat's wrong with you people? Keep it on, it's a freaking awesome show!!!!

MelissaLie to Me* is the best show ever! It's rare to come across a show that is a mix of literally everything and makes it all work. The show has a great concept and is so well written and superbly acted (Tim Roth is just AMAZING! WOW!). Please don't take away the best show to be on television. It's an incredible show and deserves to be continued. And personally, it's great to have a show on television where me and my family can sit down and watch it together and have a good family arguement about who are lying and who aren't.

ZoeI convinced the old man to watch an episode (he's not a TV viewer). The following week he suggested recording it shortly before air time (we were busy).

I am a committed fan of this phenomenal program. Kudos to the writers and cast.

KarineThis show is amazing and innovative. Interactions between characters are incredible, Cal Lightman is a very interesting character, he is enigmatic, with his opinions, a bit like House. We love the way he's walking and sitting, the way he's talking... Also, I've never seen a relationship like Cal and Gillian's in another show!

The final of the season 3 has left a lot of things unsaid and it can't finish like that...

BonnieIt just breaks my heart that Fox is considering cancelling this show. We need more science-based shows out there instead of these identical police shows that are taking over tv networks. Additionally, this show puts psychology in a positive light, which I feel is crucial for the viewers as not all people in this world place validity in the science of psychology. I love the chemistry between Tim and Kelli and the cliffhanger you left us with in the last episode is unbearable. This country needs more science in its tv shows as I feel like all these violence and murder-based shows are messing with the minds of America and making them think that that is what life is like. I've been a huge fan of a lot of tv couples, but from the first episode of Lie to Me, I was without a doubt hooked onto Cal and Gillian. I like this couple more than any of the others (Sara/Grissom, Booth/Bones, House/Cuddy). I know I'm one voice, but this show is amazing and I really hope it is renewed.

Attn: Fox. ... Its one thing to love a show and to enjoy it for an entire series but be able to let it go once its done its justice and leaves the TV world...but its another thing to rob a TV Show of its future and cancel a show that isn't just another awful reality TV show or another failed blast from the past (Napoleon Dynamite). Please FOX bring back a show that exceeded and pushed the barriers of what amazing action dramas are about. The TV World without a show like "Lie to Me*" is just another bad rerun the only difference is that the sad part is the reruns are horrible new shows that shouldn't have made it passed the pitch session. Please do us all a favor and bring back this work of art. Hope this makes it to FOX someway or another. We aren't a fan base...we are believers.

READ THIS*

Now when House MD is unfortunately coming to it's end we, the fans of Lie To Me, should somehow put more pressure on FOX,

cause I mean after House there will be A LOT of House fans (potential viewers) who won't have their favourite show anymore so they will have to watch something else (like Lie To Me)

The show CHANGED my life as a student getting my psychology degree. I had no clue what I wanted to do or who I was... but I found myself in through this show. I had no clue this show was on Fox until I saw it on Netflix and have been posting on every site possible about my love for the show. I cannot believe that it is cancelled. It's like when Arrested Development was cancelled... both FAR too early for it's time. I mean, the shows Lie to Me was up against have been around for years... Lie to Me just needed to hang on and GAIN their fans through advertisement. I also feel like I'm apart of a special fan base, one that is here SOLELY supporting Lie to Me! I would fight for this show and I think we all could say we would! :)
